Virtual CD now also offers you the possibility to create a physical media from your images. Whenever you want, you can burn your virtaul CDs and DVDs onto a blank CD as a precaution in case your original gets damaged or lost. In addition, using Virtual CD v7, you can create 1:1 copies of media that are not copy protected. Virtual CD supports all common CD- and DVD-formats: CD-R(W), DVD-R(W), DVD+R(W) and DVD-RAM.

- "Automatic Copy"-Mode
With Virtual CD v7 the creation of virtual CDs is even easier and more reliable than up until now. The newly developed analysis module examines the CD for specifics and particularities and determines the correct settings. Then the "Automatic Copy"-mode gets the rest done for you. The recommended settings are then used to create your virtual CD in just a short time.
- Virtual CD bar
The free positional Virtual CD bar gives you the possibility of a quick overview of all installed virtual drives and offers you easy address to all main program functions.
- Flexible CD views
Virtual CD v7 offers you the possibility of grouping assorting your images according to various criteria in your personal views. Through the flexible displays you can attain a clear overview even with an enormous number of virtual CDs.
- Complete ISO support
Virtual CD is now even more flexible with version 7. The integrated image-converter gives you the possibility of creating a virtual CD or a pure ISO file from any ISO-compatible image. Virtual CD supports the formats of all common burning programs. The files with supported formats can, of course, then be inserted and used in the Virtual CD drives without any further conversion. The improved Virtual CD burner gives you the additional option of creating your images as ISO files as opposed to the Virtual CD format, so that you can use them without the Virtual CD driver.
- Better online update
The optimized online-update-check of Version 7 helps you to keep your Virtual CD v7 up-to-date. You will not only be informed of a newer version but the check gives the information which update file is the appropriate one for you.
- Expanded cataloging functions
The cataloging of CDs and DVDs has been significantly improved in Virtual CD v7. It gives you the option of directly accessing the structures of virtual and physical CDs without inserting them. In addition the creation of a catalogue is now possible for audio CDs as well as data CDs. Thus Virtual CD gives you the possibility of having a better overview of your music collection.
